Breakfast is served from 8-00 to 10-00 am. In some hotels we deliever it to your room. The menu is designed based on our guests preferences and requests. Full menu is available on our website in the Useful Info section.

Wi-Fi is available in all our hotels. We use signal amplifiers to make it steady and consistent throughout the entire hotel building. Wi-Fi access is included in the room rate. 

Please ask the reception for help if you need to book your air or train tickets online, find connections and build complicated routes. We will be happy to be of assistance!

You can bring your pet along. Small pets up to 10 kg only. Additional fee of 1000 RUB per pet per night applies. Also you need to make a damage deposit of 5000 RUB. It will be returned at the check-out after the room inspection. 

Luggage room is available in each hotel. You can leave you luggage on the check-in and check-out day free of charge. The room is secured with the lock and is under video surveilance 24|7. If you wish to leave your luggage past the check-out date or prior to the check-in date – additional fees will apply.

You can buy snacks, soft drinks and toiletries at the receptin. Please inquire at the front desk for availability and prices.

We have a safebox available at the reception which can be used for safekeeping of your valuables. Only sealed A4-size envelopes are accepted for safe-keeping. Please inquire at the front desk for details. The service is free of charge. 

You can laundry your personal clothes while staying in our hotels. We do not accept silk or woolen items for laundry. Service fee depends on the amount of clothes and urgency. Please inquire at the reception for fees and timelines.
